My workshops, training events, and retreats, allow you to transform your stress into stillness, chaos into calm, and overwhelm into peace.

My Stress Management and resilience-building workshops and training events give you the space to redefine your clarity and focus. They will help you to identify your stressors, manage your overwhelm, determine your goals, and cultivate the resilience-building habits that will change your life, and uncover your Superpower.

These workshops are ideal for individuals or as workplace training sessions, aimed at employees and Managers working with teams.

I hold small group workshops on my houseboat healing studio located on the River Thames in Kingston upon Thames or I can hold them at your workplace or training facility.

Training workshop

In Person Workshops

I run small, engaging stress management and relaxation workshops for up to six people, with some lasting half a day and others a full day. Our work will revolve around resilience building techniques, working together to move from a state of chaos to balance. Workshops include: From Stress to Stillness, Ramping up Personal Resilience, Mindfulness, Introduction to the Chakras and Chakra Dancing with Creative meditation. Dates will be announced soon.

A vegetarian or vegan lunch will be included for all full day workshops. Tea, Coffee, Herbal teas and cold drinks are available at all workshops.


I also offer half-day and full-day relaxation retreats for small groups. You will be welcomed with morning or afternoon herbal tea and sessions can include: Chakra Dancing, breathwork, colour breathing, mindfulness and meditation amongst other topics. Bespoke retreats for individuals can be arranged, providing a space for relaxation and healing. This is your personal retreat. We will use different coaching techniques and therapies depending on what you need. You will be welcomed with morning or afternoon tea and meditation, and you are free to decide how long your retreat lasts.

A vegetarian or vegan lunch will be included for full day retreats. Tea, Coffee, Herbal teas and cold drinks are available at all retreats.

Welcome to my half-day Mindfulness Retreat, based on board my houseboat healing studio on the River Thames at Kingston upon Thames.

I am so excited to be facilitating this mindful space for you to come and 'BE' - a safe place for you to unwind and end your week in a relaxing and therapeutic space, where you can let go of the week's stress and tension, and immerse yourself in nature, wildlife and healing intention.

You can look forward to:

  • Mindful meditations
  • Mindful Breathwork
  • A Mindful walk along the River Thames and into Home Park, where we will be grounding, connecting to nature and conducting a beautiful Tree Meditation.
  • Herbal Tea, coffee or a soft drink, and a Mindful treat, and
  • A space to discuss, share and let go of that which is no longer serving you.

I cannot wait to welcome you aboard for a morning of mindful healing.

*The mindful walk will last for approximately 1.5 hours and covers approximately 2.5 miles. This will include stops for grounding, silent meditation and tree meditation. Please ensure you are fit to walk for an hour and a half (actual walk time approximately 45 - 60 minutes) and you are wearing appropriate footwear. Please bring water and a rain jacket if needed.
