My Stress Management and resilience-building workshops and training events give you the space to redefine your clarity and focus. They will help you to identify your stressors, manage your overwhelm, determine your goals, and cultivate the resilience-building habits that will change your life, and uncover your Superpower.

In Person Workshops

I run small, engaging stress management and relaxation workshops for up to six people, with some lasting half a day and others a full day. Our work will revolve around navigating the path from stress to resilience, working together to move from a state of chaos to balance. Workshops include: The TMJ Connection, From Stress to Stillness, Introduction to Mindfulness, Introduction to the Chakras and Chakra Dancing with Creative Meditation. Dates will be announced soon.

A vegetarian or vegan lunch will be included for all full day workshops. Tea, Coffee, Herbal teas and cold drinks are available at all workshops.

Retreats

I also offer half-day and full-day relaxation retreats for small groups. You will be welcomed with morning or afternoon herbal tea and sessions can include: Chakra Dancing, mindfulness and meditation amongst other topics. Bespoke retreats for individuals can be arranged, providing a space for relaxation and healing. This is your personal retreat. We will use different coaching techniques and therapies depending on what you need. You will be welcomed with morning or afternoon tea and meditation, and you are free to decide how long your retreat lasts.

TRYING TO TELL YOU

Uncover the hidden language of your jaw in this deeply restorative and eye-opening journey of discovery, and unlock the secrets that your jaw has been holding.

Most of us think of the jaw as purely a physical aspect of our mouth and our face. We use it to chew our food and when we yawn. But what happens when something goes wrong - when it clicks, tightens, clenches or hurts? And what if your jaw is holding far more than that?

What if your jaw is holding onto patterns of stress, unprocessed emotions, unspoken words and protective tension that your body hasn't yet found a way to release?

In this intimate workshop - limited to just 6 participants, you will be gently guided to explore the powerful connection between the jaw, the nervous system and your emotional and energetic wellbeing.

YOU WILL DISCOVER HOW:


  • Chronic stress and overwhelm can show up as tension, clenching and teeth grinding
  • The jaw plays a role in your fight, flight, freeze and fawn responses
  • Unexpressed emotions such as anger and fear, or holding back your truth, can become stored physically in your jaw as tension
  • Your jaw tension can influence - and be influenced by - your energy levels and your sense of safety in your body.


A GUIDED JOURNEY INTO RELEASE AND REGULATION


This workshop is designed to be experiential, not just informational. You will be led through a series of gentle, effective practices to help you:


  • Release tension stored in the jaw, face, head, neck and shoulders
  • Regulate your nervous system and shift out of chronic stress
  • Increase awareness of your body's signals and patterns
  • Reconnect with a sense of softness, ease and inner safety.


You will leave with tools you can return to again and again in your daily life.


We will close our time together with a gentle, guided jaw-focused relaxation meditation. This is your opportunity to fully let go, allowing the muscles of the face and jaw to soften, the nervous system to settle and the body to integrate what we have done together.


Each participant will leave with a COMPLIMENTARY JAW BALL, to support your ongoing practice at home
